跨境電商退換貨、退款實用句型介紹
在跨境電商交易的產(chǎn)品運輸過程中可能會出現(xiàn)貨物丟失、貨運單號無法查詢、產(chǎn)品被扣關(guān)以及收到的貨物與描述不符等情況。
一旦出現(xiàn)這樣的異常情況,買家就有可能發(fā)起退款或退換貨協(xié)議申請。
如果買家發(fā)起這類糾紛,商家積極通過站內(nèi)信與買家進行協(xié)商,及時回復(fù)買家的詢問,盡力安撫,并及時與貨運公司聯(lián)系解決物流方面的問題。
下面將介紹雙方在退換貨、退款協(xié)商過程中常用到的商務(wù)英語語句。
1.-If it isn't suitable, can I return it/may I bring it back?-You can take it back within 3 days for whatever your reason is.-如果不合適,我可以退貨嗎?-三天內(nèi)無理由退貨。
2.-Could I demand a refund, please?-We only allow you to exchange it for another one.-我能要求退款嗎?-我們只允許換貨。

Can I exchange it for a good one? 這個有點質(zhì)量問題,我可以換個好的嗎?4.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received, If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
