近期,美國海關與邊境保護局（CBP）正對空運至美國的所有貨件加強監(jiān)管,嚴厲打擊商品描述不準確的問題。

如果產品申報模糊或不詳細,不僅貨件可能因此被延誤或退運,而且還有可能產生罰款。

其中,CBP罰款 USD 41000每票,TSA 罰款 USD 5000每票。

為了確保貨件可以順利地在目的地完成清關,并避免產生罰款,FedEx、UPS、DHL等快遞公司特別針對產品申報發(fā)布了公告,提醒大家在發(fā)運時為所有貨件提供準確且詳細的商品描述。

DHL、FedEx、UPSIMPORTANT REMINDER美國海關和邊境保護局（CBP）宣布,自2024年11月12日起,FedEx、UPS、DHL將不再接受任何包含模糊描述及可能存在低報的美國進口貨物。

如果貨物描述被CBP認定為模糊不清或申報不一致將會被拒絕接受,可能會導致CBP扣留貨物直至提供完整及正確的資料為止,或直接拒絕進口退回始發(fā)地。

FedEx、UPS、DHL在此特別提醒客戶,在寄運貨物時提供準確的貨物描述及真實貨物價值至關重要,以確保符合美國海關及邊境保衛(wèi)局（CBP）的規(guī)定。

自生效日期起,任何被CBP認定為描述模糊、低報的貨物都將被拒收。

準確的描述是指能夠清楚地說明商品的名稱、材質、用途。

例如,應詳細申報為" 塑料制成的兒童玩具（children's toys made of plastic）",而非簡單地標注為" 玩具（toys）"；同樣,應描述為" 60%棉和40%聚酯制成的女裝women's dresses made of 60% cotton 40% polyester ",而不是籠統(tǒng)地稱之為" 服裝clothing "。

此外,美國海關和邊境保護局（CBP）也提供了一些示例,用以指導如何創(chuàng)建準確的商品描述。
