侵權解救思路及模板郵件
這么多種侵權行為,其實解決思路都是一樣的。
如果遇上,不要急著回復亞馬遜的郵件,要主動和權利所有人聯(lián)系,積極主動地承認錯誤,一些公司是會撤回投訴的。
如果你發(fā)了幾封郵件,對方不子理睬,不回復你的郵件,記得在發(fā)每一封郵件的時候都要抄送給亞馬遜在給你的郵件里提及的相應郵箱,告訴亞馬遜你在積極應訴。
如果賣家在連續(xù)發(fā)了四五封郵件之后對方都沒有回復,這時候就可以組織語言來和亞馬遜溝通了。
第一步,移除亞馬遜提及的所有侵權的 ASIN,包括倉庫里的所有庫存,或者直接銷毀。
第二步,告訴亞馬遜你已經(jīng)更換了一個供應商,并且這個供應商和目前的供應商生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的目錄完全不同。
第三步,已經(jīng)組建了專門的團隊檢查所有產(chǎn)品可能侵權的行為,并把所有的侵權扼殺在萌芽狀態(tài)。
第四步,已經(jīng)組織了所有亞馬遜相關操作人員去學習了亞馬遜的所有政策法規(guī)。
第五步,會專門組建一個特別團隊認真處理所有客戶關系到這些侵權的listing 的問題,并且做到快速響應。
第六步檢查所有的在售產(chǎn)品頁面,避免任何的侵權可能性在頁面上出現(xiàn),從文字到圖片全方位檢查。
第七步,請專業(yè)的團隊來做關于版權知識的培訓,避免出現(xiàn)任何類型的法律問題。
第八步,注冊自己的品牌,以后所有銷售的產(chǎn)品都會是自己的品牌。
第九步,如果以后在上架和運營中遇到一點關于此方面的疑問,都會在咨詢亞馬遜之后再做下一步的行動。
以上九個步驟,可以讓亞馬遜相信我們是有誠意的,并且是可以改正的。
