有些買(mǎi)家，我們已經(jīng)反復(fù)跟進(jìn)一兩年甚至好幾年，定期聯(lián)絡(luò)，買(mǎi)家也會(huì)在郵件或者即時(shí)通信工具中回復(fù)，但是始終不下訂單。

這是為什么？我們覺(jué)得很有希望，但是買(mǎi)家總是不痛不癢，我們有勁使不出，覺(jué)得很憋屈。

這時(shí)首先要找到方向，具體辦法就是跟買(mǎi)家直截了當(dāng)，捅破窗戶紙，直接問(wèn)他/她成為他們的供應(yīng)商到底應(yīng)該怎么做，或者我們有什么地方還達(dá)不到他們的要求。

因此，有時(shí)不妨開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山，單刀直入，反而可以打破僵局，了解癥結(jié)所在。

從買(mǎi)家的回復(fù)中，我們可以明白，我們的樣衣款式太簡(jiǎn)單，和買(mǎi)家風(fēng)格不一致。

同時(shí)，買(mǎi)家也明確地說(shuō)要想成為新的供應(yīng)商，必須要能獨(dú)立研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)新的服裝系列，而且要款式好看新穎。

在這種情況下，我們可以分兩種思路回復(fù)。

(1)我們公司還沒(méi)有足夠的研發(fā)能力，可以保持聯(lián)系，作為買(mǎi)家的備選，或者介紹其他產(chǎn)品。
