對(duì)于老客戶、重要客戶,或者對(duì)詢價(jià)有具體要求和針對(duì)性的客戶,需要及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確給出報(bào)價(jià)。
而報(bào)價(jià)的內(nèi)容要求盡可能詳盡,并突出自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),把能給到的信息一次性給全,這樣最大限度避免“擠牙膏”式的往來郵件,節(jié)省雙方時(shí)間,也在一開始就給客戶樹立一個(gè)“專業(yè)”的正面形象。
