信用證關(guān)系著貨物的裝運(yùn)、交單和最終的收付款項(xiàng),出口方只有在收到進(jìn)口方開(kāi)出的信用證時(shí),才會(huì)安排發(fā)貨,否則貨物將不能及時(shí)發(fā)出和到達(dá)。

Please advise us by fax when the order has been executed.Sincerely請(qǐng)求信用證延期Dear Sir:We are sorry to report that in spite of our effort, we are unable to guarantee shipment by the agreed date due to a strike at our factory. We are afraid that your L/C will be expire before shipment. Therefore, please explain our situation to your customers and secure their consent to extend the L/C to Sept.30.Sincerely同意更改信用證Gentlemen:We received your letter today and have informed our customers of your situation.
