國際貿(mào)易常用支付方式之托收條款
使用托收條款，應(yīng)在合同中明確規(guī)定交單條件、買方付款或承兌責(zé)任和付款期限。
1.即期付款交單(D/P at sight)例如，Upon first presentation, the Buyers shall duly make the payment against documentary draft made out to the Buyers at sight by the Sellers. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.(買方應(yīng)對賣方開具的以買方為付款人的見票即付的跟單匯票進(jìn)行立即付款，付款時交單。
)2.遠(yuǎn)期付款交單(D/P after sight)例如，The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at 30 days sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.(買方應(yīng)對賣方開具的見票后 30 天跟單匯票作出承兌。
在匯票到期日進(jìn)行付款，付款時交單。
)3.承兌交單(D/A-Documentary against Acceptance)例如， The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft made out to the Buyers at 30 days sight upon first presentation and make due payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.(買方應(yīng)對賣方開具的以買方為付款人的見票后30天跟單匯票作出承兌。
在匯票到期日進(jìn)行付款，承兌后交單。
