客戶如果要求更換你險險別，業(yè)務(wù)員可以接受，因為承擔費用及索賠的是客戶。

業(yè)務(wù)員只是代客戶投保。

即便如此，由于業(yè)務(wù)員對產(chǎn)品的屬性更加了解，對貨物易遭遇的風(fēng)險更有預(yù)估性，因此業(yè)務(wù)員在和客戶進行磋商時應(yīng)該建議客戶購買合適的險別。
